About Course
When the nervous system stays in protection mode for too long,
life begins to require more effort than it should.
This programme helps you understand why — and how that can begin to shift.
You’re probably functioning. You might even be functioning well. And yet, something has shifted — the exhaustion that doesn’t respond to rest, the sense that holding it together is costing more than it used to, the gap between how you appear and how you actually feel.
This six-week, self-directed programme works with the nervous system architecture underneath that experience. Not with your thoughts, habits, or schedule — with the structural reason why difficulty costs as much as it does, and why rest no longer fully reaches you.
Over six weeks you’ll build a clear map of your own protection patterns, understand why they are structured the way they are, and begin the specific practices that allow the nervous system to start returning to ease. The work is grounded in the same science and methodology as the full Calm Capacity Coaching engagement — adapted for self-directed use.
This programme is for you if you recognise the chronic stress and burnout presentation — not necessarily in crisis, but running consistently above your natural capacity for long enough that it has started to feel normal.
This programme is not therapy, medical advice, or a stress management toolkit. It is structured nervous system work, designed to produce real early-stage change in how much you can hold, how quickly you recover, and what functioning actually costs you.
Six weeks. Fifteen to twenty minutes of orientation per week, one or two worksheets, a five to ten minute daily practice. Everything you need is included.
